You can find us at House 115 in Mukhtarpur Salkhani, which is part of the Mokhtiyarpur block. We work out of Sri Ashok Kumar’s place. We are a small group of farmers and local people who decided to team up. Dealing with agriculture in this area is a full-time job, and there’s always something that needs fixing or planting. We aren’t some big city company; we are right here in the village where the soil is. The office is just a part of the house where we keep the records and meet up to talk. Ashok helps keep things organized so we don’t lose track of the produce. It can get a bit loud when everyone shows up at once to discuss the season’s plans. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment in the office, just the basics to get by. Most of our knowledge comes from years of working the land ourselves. Sometimes the harvest is great, and sometimes it’s a struggle, but that’s just the way it goes. We try to help the local growers get a fair deal for what they bring in. It’s a simple setup, and we prefer it that way. If you’re passing through Mukhtarpur, you’ll see us working away, probably worrying about the next rain or the market prices. There is always work to do and not enough hours in the day to do it.
