Event Bazaar

If you're walking around Kankarbagh in Patna, you might have passed by Nandan Tower. We are located right there at G-8, near Colony More. Event Bazaar is basically just a few of us who like putting things together. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. The office is often a bit cluttered with decorations, banners, and random supplies from the last event we worked on. It’s a busy life, constantly running around Patna to check on venues or talk to vendors. We aren't some big high-end agency; we’re just local people who know how to get a stage set up or find enough chairs for a hundred guests. Sometimes things get stressful when a delivery is late or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we figure it out. We don't use much fancy equipment, just our phones and a lot of lists. It’s hard work, often involves being on your feet for ten hours straight. We know the streets of Patna well, especially the Kankarbagh area. People usually just drop in to chat about their plans. We don't have a polished pitch or anything. We just listen to what’s needed and see if we can help out. It's honest work and it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. You'll usually find us here during the day, unless we're out at a site. It's a lot of running around, but it's what we do.
