Etv Network Television Channel. Our office is on the 2nd floor of Shahi Bhawan. That’s right on Exhibition Road. This is where we run the Etv Bihar operations. Exhibition Road is one of the busiest streets in the city, so there is always something going on right outside our doors. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the chaos below. The office is full of monitors, cables, and people rushing around to get things on the air. It’s not a quiet place, but it is an interesting one. Shahi Bhawan is a well-known building in this part of town, so it’s easy to find. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture. Most of our budget goes into the equipment we need for the channel. We drink a lot of tea while we edit or plan the next broadcast. It’s a bit of a cramped space sometimes because of all the gear, but we make it work. The staff here are a mix of young people and some who have been in TV for a long time. We aren't trying to be like the big national channels with massive studios. We are just a local operation doing our thing. The power can be a bit unreliable, so we have a generator that kicks in. It’s just the reality of working here. We get the news out and keep the cameras rolling.
