We are over in Patna, specifically at Ashiananagar. If you’re trying to find us, we are located at 1 A 12, which is care of Arun Kumar Jha. It’s a residential-feeling spot, which actually makes it quite nice to work in compared to a crowded industrial zone. Eicher Tractors has a lot of history with farmers and people who work the land, so being in a place like Patna feels right. We mostly deal with the queries and the sales side of things from this office. It’s a lot of talk about horsepower, engine reliability, and how the different models handle the local soil. We aren't into big marketing speeches. We just know what these machines can do because we hear it from the owners every day. The office is pretty basic. Mr. Jha has been around for a long time, so he knows the ropes and how things move in this part of Bihar. It can get pretty hot here in the summer, but we have the fans going and we just keep working through the stacks of orders. Sometimes things get delayed with shipping, and that’s when the phones start ringing a lot. We just handle it as it comes. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from filing papers to talking to the mechanics who come by for parts. It is just honest work that needs doing, and we are glad to do it.
