Our company is located at Ravindranath Tiwari’s house in Bamhani village. That’s house number 218. We are part of the Rajpur block and the Barupur panchayat. It’s a very local operation. We are all farmers from around here who decided to pool our resources. It’s much better than working all alone. We spend our days dealing with the daily chores of the farm and trying to keep the business side of things running. It’s not always easy to keep track of all the rules and regulations, but we do our best. The office is just a small space in the village where we meet up. We don't have any fancy marketing or a big staff. It's just us. We talk about what to plant next and where we can get the best price for our harvest. It’s a lot of talking over tea and looking at the sky to see if it’s going to rain. We aren't looking to be famous or anything; we just want to do good work. The village life is slow but the farm work is fast, if that makes sense. We’ve known each other for years, so working together feels natural. Sometimes we disagree on things, but we always figure it out. It’s a simple, practical way to manage our farming lives together here in Rajpur. We just want to keep the land healthy and the community strong. It's a lot to handle but we're getting there.
