Constraach Mansys

Our place is in Patna, right at 90 A Patliputra Colony. Constraach Mansys has been running out of this spot in Bihar for some time. We are mostly involved in construction management and systems. It’s the kind of work where you’re always checking on progress and making sure things are being built right. The colony is one of the older, well-known areas in Patna, so it’s easy for people to locate us. Our office is practical. We have maps on the walls and stacks of site photos. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and foremen. It can get a bit stressful when a site runs into issues, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t try to act like we are some giant international firm. We are local people who know how things get built in this part of the country. The weather in Patna can be tough, especially the heat, so we do a lot of our site visits early in the morning. Back at the office, we try to keep the paperwork moving so the projects don't stall. There isn't much fluff here. We just focus on the drawings and the schedules. If someone wants to know about a project, they just walk in and ask. We prefer talking face-to-face anyway. It feels more real that way when you're dealing with bricks and mortar.
