Call Center

Our call center is located in a bit of a unique spot, over in Kurthoul village. The full address is C O Sri Krishna Pd Singh, Vill Po Kurthoul, Barhamsthan, Ps Parsa Bazar in Patna. It is not your typical high-rise office building. We are right in the heart of the community here in Bihar, 804453. Working in a village means things are a bit different than in the big city centers. You might hear cows or local traffic outside while we are on the phones. We have set up our equipment in a way that works for the space we have. It is a lot of local people working here, and we all know the area well. The commute is not too bad for most of us since we live nearby. We spend our shifts answering calls and helping people with whatever they need, just like any other call center, but with a more local feel. Sometimes the power goes out or the connection gets a bit fuzzy, but we just deal with it and keep going. It is a practical way to bring work to the village instead of everyone having to move away to Patna city. We have our desks lined up and we try to stay focused even when it gets a bit loud. It is just a group of us doing our jobs in a place that feels like home.
