Bread Ngo

We operate out of Dhanbad, specifically at Premlata Niwas in Chiragora, Hirapur. Sri Mithilesh Kumar Sinha is the one in charge here. Our little setup is in a residential area, which makes it feel a lot more personal than an office in a big commercial building. Bread Ngo is something we’ve put a lot of time into right here in Jharkhand. The house name, Premlata Niwas, is what most people look for when they’re trying to find us. Hirapur is a lively part of Dhanbad, and Chiragora has its own local charm. We aren’t a huge organization with hundreds of staff. It’s a smaller, more dedicated group of people. We focus on our work without needing to shout about it. The pace here is a bit different than the big cities, and we like it that way. We spend our days working on our projects and talking to the local community. It’s honest work and we try to do it right. Mithilesh keeps an eye on everything to make sure we’re staying on track. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized, like any real office, but we always figure it out. Being in Dhanbad gives us a good connection to the people we’re trying to help. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just get up and do what needs to be done. It’s a simple life here and the work keeps us grounded.
