Bm is based out in the village of Govindpur, which falls under the Phulwarisharif police station in the Patna district of Bihar. It’s a very different setting than a big city office. We are rooted in the local community here in the village. Things move at a bit of a different pace in this part of Bihar. We don't have a high-rise building or a glass front; we just have a simple place where we manage our operations. Being in a post office area like Govindpur means we are pretty well known by the locals. We handle various tasks that help the people around here. It’s not about having a polished image or corporate slogans. We just show up and do what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes the roads get muddy during the monsoon, and sometimes the power is a bit hit or miss, but we just work around it. Our office is a place where neighbors might stop by just to say hello while we’re working on something. We use simple tools and try to keep our records straight. It’s an honest way to make a living in the district. We’ve been here for years and have seen the area change bit by bit. Even though we are in a village, we stay busy with the work that comes in from Patna and the surrounding areas. It’s just how we live and work in this part of the country, staying close to where we were born and raised.
