Bithan Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our small company is right here in Bithan, which is part of Samastipur. Sanjay Kumar is the one who handles things at our main spot in Ward 06. We are just a bunch of farmers from this area who decided to work together. Samastipur is known for its agriculture, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't have any corporate training or big business plans. We just know how to grow things and how to help each other out. Sometimes we sit around at the Bithan office and talk about the weather or the price of diesel. It’s not very formal. We use simple tools and simple methods. The land here is what provides for us, so we try to take care of it as best as we can. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you'll just find one of us working or taking a break. It's a busy life, especially during the sowing and harvesting times. We don't have much time for fancy talk. We'd rather be out there seeing how the crops are doing. It’s a community effort, and we’re glad to be a part of it. Bithan is our home, and this is what we do. It is not always perfect, and sometimes we make mistakes, but we learn. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big titles or offices. We just want to make a living and look after our families.
