This place in Mithila Colony is where we operate from. It is in the Indrapuri area of Patna, which is mostly residential. You will find us at 4 57, tucked away from the main noise of the bigger roads. Bharti Airtel Limited started this branch to help out the people living nearby so they do not have to travel far just for a SIM card or to pay a bill. Patna can get really busy, so having a spot in a colony like this makes it easier for the elderly folks who live around here. We usually have tea together in the afternoon while waiting for the next person to walk in. The office is simple. We have a couple of desks and some files stacked up. It is not a huge showroom or anything. Sometimes the internet at our own desk goes slow, which is funny considering what we do. We talk to a lot of students from the coaching centers nearby too. They always want more data for their studies. We just take their details, fill the forms, and get them sorted. It is a quiet life here compared to the station side. We know most of our regular visitors by name now. It is just a basic neighborhood shop helping people stay connected to their families and making sure their phones work like they should. It is honest work for us.
