Our space is filled with tools, diagrams, and various bits of metal that we’re constantly moving around. It’s not a huge factory floor, just a practical space where we can concentrate. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common here, so we just take a break and sit outside for a bit. We don't really do much in the way of advertising because word of mouth in Patna usually does the trick. People know who we are and where to find us if they need wagon-related engineering help. It’s a lot of manual work and checking measurements over and over again. The office side of things is handled on a small desk tucked in the corner. We’ve been at this address, 800023, for a good while and the routine hasn't changed much. It’s just us doing what we know how to do without any extra fuss.
