Babakarikh Foods Private Limited

Babakarikh Foods is situated in the Donar Industrial Area of Darbhanga. Our plot is A-10, and it is right in the middle of where all the other factories and warehouses are. It is a very different vibe from the residential parts of the city because there are always trucks moving and people loading crates. The building is a big concrete structure that gets quite hot in the summer months. We do not have any air conditioning, just some large industrial fans that move the warm air around. Most of our time is spent on the floor, watching the packaging and making sure the food items are sealed up properly. It is a busy place, and we usually have a dozen or so people from the local area coming in for their shifts. We don’t bother with fancy uniforms; people just wear what is comfortable for manual work. The industrial area can be a bit dusty and loud, but it is where the work happens. We focus on getting the daily targets met so the delivery drivers can get out on the road before the traffic gets too bad. It is not a glamorous job, but it is steady. We have been at this plot for a while now and we know all our neighbors. Everyone just looks out for their own business and tries to keep things running as smoothly as possible given the circumstances. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
