We are located in Nadauna village, which is part of the Masaurhi area in Patna. Pankaj Kumar is the one who handles the mail and the main office work from his place. It’s a local setup for local people. Most of us involved here are just farmers from the surrounding area. We don't have a big corporate building or anything like that. It’s just a room where we get together to talk about the harvest and what to do with the produce. Patna can be busy, but out here in Masaurhi, things are a bit slower and more focused on the ground. We’ve seen many seasons pass, some better than others. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We aren't here to give speeches or sell you something you don't need. We just want to get the farming work done properly. You can find us near the village if you need anything. We use our own hands for most of the work. The weather is always a topic of conversation when we meet up. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. Nadauna is where we belong, and we try to do right by the people here. There isn't any fancy equipment in our office. Just a couple of chairs and some files. We keep it real because that's what farming is. We do our best to help each other when the harvest comes. It is a group effort.
