Popular Salon

Popular Salon is in Patna City, specifically in the Balkisunganj area along Ashok Rajpath. This is a very old part of the city and our shop has been here for many years. We feel like we are a part of the history here. The street is always busy with cycles, cars, and people. Our shop is quite simple. We have a few chairs that have been with us for a long time. The walls are not perfectly straight and the paint has faded in some spots, but it is a comfortable place for the local men to come. We mostly do haircuts and beard trims. People come in, sit on the bench, and wait their turn while they watch the people go by on Ashok Rajpath. We know the names of almost everyone who walks through the door because they have been coming here since they were young. It is a small shop with just a couple of us working the scissors. Ashok Rajpath is a very long road, but most people in Balkisunganj know exactly where we are. We do not do any advertising or anything like that. We just do the work and hope our customers are happy enough to come back next time. It is a busy life in Patna City but we take it one day at a time. The shop is like a second home to us. We stay open until the sun goes down and the street lights come on.
