Techfaima Projects Pvt Ltd is based over in Old Rajpura. We are located at B-1/1430 on Mittal Street. This part of the Patiala district is where we have set up our home base. The street is usually busy with people moving back and forth, and we are right there in the mix. Our office is a simple one where we keep all our project files and blueprints. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans on the big table in the middle of the room. It gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but that is normal for this part of town. We have been working out of Rajpura for a while and we know the local suppliers and workers around here. It is a small team and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering emails to checking on materials. Mittal Street has its own rhythm and we are just a part of that daily cycle. We keep things low-key and just focus on getting the projects finished. There are no high-rise views here, just the view of the street and the local shops.
