We don't have a big staff, just a few family members and a couple of helpers who know the fabrics well. The tea man comes by twice a day, and that’s usually our only break. We focus on the colors and the embroidery, making sure everything looks right before it goes out. It’s honest work in a place we love. The shop gets a bit dusty with all the fabric, but that is just part of the trade here.
