You can find Nazakat right on the ground floor of the A.C. Market. We have units 15 and 16, so it’s pretty easy to spot us when you first walk in through the main doors. The market is always loud and full of people, which keeps things interesting for us throughout the day. We’ve been here for a long time, and the shop has become like a second home. We deal with clothes and fabrics mostly. It’s a lot of folding and unfolding throughout the day. We don't have some big corporate philosophy; we just like the things we sell. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building acts up, but we stay busy regardless of the heat. It’s a family-run kind of feel here, even if we aren’t all actually related. We know the other shopkeepers around us well and we usually grab lunch from the same food stalls every day. The space isn't huge, but we make use of every single inch of the shelves and racks. If you see us, we're probably sorting through a new shipment or helping someone find a specific color that they need. We don't put much effort into fancy displays or marketing stuff. We just put the goods out there and let people look for themselves. It’s been working for us for years. Being in the A.C. Market means we see all sorts of folks passing through. It’s a good place to be. We just open up and stay until the lights go out.
