I work out of Plot No-86 A in Subash Nagar. It’s a quiet enough area most days. The big water tank in Rajpura is the main thing people look for when they are trying to find the place. If you see the tank, you are pretty much there. Pankaj Arora is just the name on the papers, but it’s really just me and a couple of helpers handling the daily tasks. We don't have a big office with air conditioning or anything. It’s a practical space for work. We keep the gate shut when it’s too windy because the dust in Rajpura can be a bit much. The plot is mostly for storage and basic work. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or checking the ledger. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat while they are walking towards the tank. It’s that kind of place. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person to talk for us. I just write things down in my notebook and hope the weather stays clear for the deliveries. The roof has a small leak near the back corner that I really need to fix before the monsoon rains start. It’s just a normal small-town business. We get the work done and go home when the sun goes down. There is a small tea shop nearby where we get our lunch and talk about the day. It’s not much, but it’s our spot.
