We’re located at 542, Harinder Nagar, right on Sirhind Road in Patiala. It's a busy area with plenty of trucks and traffic going past all day long. If you’re looking for us, we’re just another one of those industrial-style spots along the main road. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep the books and take orders. There is usually a lot of noise from the road, but we’ve stopped noticing it after all these years. We deal with steel, so it’s not exactly a clean or quiet business. Our clothes usually have a bit of dust on them by the end of the day. We don't have a corporate handbook or a bunch of rules about how to talk to people. We just speak plain English or Punjabi and get to the point. It’s a practical way of doing things. Some days the yard is full of material and other days it’s empty, depending on how the shipments are moving. We have a small crew and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There’s no hierarchy here where people are afraid to speak up. If something is wrong, we say it. We don't use fancy slogans or marketing talk. We just sell steel and try to keep the business moving. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
