You can find us over by Aman Hospital in the Bishan Saroop Colony. We have been trading textiles from this spot for some time now. It is a busy little area, especially being so close to the hospital. There is always a lot of foot traffic and people moving about. Inside our place, it is mostly piles of fabric and rolls of cloth stacked up wherever they fit. We spend our mornings checking the new stock and talking to the people who come in looking for specific materials. It is not a shiny showroom or anything like that; it is more of a practical space where we handle the buying and selling. Sometimes the shop feels a bit small when a big shipment comes in, and we have to shuffle things around to make space. We know most of the people around the colony. It is a friendly enough place to work. We don't have a big marketing team or fancy signs. Most folks just know us by word of mouth or they see us when they are passing by the hospital. The weather gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running high. Dealing in textiles means we see a lot of different colors and patterns every day. It is simple work, but it keeps us busy and we like the routine of it. We usually close up once the street lights come on.
