Miya Ji Machinery

We are located in Ward No.2 in Samalkha, right near the Government Central School. It’s a convenient spot because everyone knows where the school is. The shop is filled with all sorts of machines and spare parts, sometimes piled up so high it’s hard to find a path through the back. We deal with everything from small motors to larger equipment that people use around here. It’s a bit of a maze inside, and it can get quite oily on the floor if we’re not careful. The sound of the kids at the school during recess is a regular part of our day. We spend a lot of time explaining how a certain pump works or looking for a specific bolt that someone needs for a repair. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and moving heavy iron parts around. Sometimes we have to order things from far away, and then we just have to wait for the truck to arrive. It’s not a fancy showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a practical place where people come when they have a problem with their machinery. We’ve got tools scattered on the workbench and a small desk where we keep the ledger. It’s a steady kind of work, and we like being part of the local community here in Samalkha. People stop by just to chat sometimes, too, which makes the long days feel a little bit shorter.
