Rama Exports

You can find us at Plot No. 343 in Sector 25 Part 2. We are quite close to the Navakot Gurudwara, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find the way here. The area is quite busy with other businesses and small workshops. At Rama Exports, the day starts pretty early. We have to check the inventory and see what needs to be moved. The space is mostly taken up by the storage area, so the office part is actually quite small. We don't mind it though, as we spend more time on our feet than sitting down. The sound of the prayers from the Gurudwara can be heard sometimes, which is nice during the busier parts of the day. It is a very practical environment here. We have some metal racks that go all the way to the ceiling and they are usually packed tight. Sometimes we lose a pen or a notepad in the middle of all the stuff, but we find them eventually. There is no corporate dress code or anything like that, we just wear what is comfortable for moving boxes around. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s not a glamorous life but it’s what we do. We try to make sure everything is labeled right and stays in its place until it’s time to leave the plot. We stay busy from morning till night.
