You can find us at No. 103/24 in Krishan Pura. Jasleen Overseas has been operating out of this spot for a good while. It’s a neighborhood where everyone kind of knows each other, so it’s not like being in a cold industrial park. Our office is tucked away, and it’s where we handle all our overseas work. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have new stock coming in, but we make it work. Most of the staff live nearby, so there’s a local feel to the place. We start the day early, usually with a round of tea while we look over the orders from the night before. There are piles of fabric and samples sitting on the tables most of the time. It’s not a quiet office; there’s always someone talking on the phone or the sound of the packing tape being used. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. We just do the work. The building itself is old, but it’s sturdy. Sometimes the electricity cuts out for a bit, and we just wait it out or use the backup generator if it's working. It’s part of the routine here. We deal with people from all over, but we’re still just a local business in Krishan Pura at the end of the day. We try to keep things simple and stay on top of the shipping dates. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking every single document.
