We are tucked away behind the Goyal Filling Station on Gohana Road. Sometimes people miss the turn-off because you have to drive right past the pumps to find us. It’s a practical spot for an export business because it’s easy for the big trucks to pull in and fuel up before they head out. The sound of the engines is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our office is fairly basic, with a few sturdy tables and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We spend most of our time tracking shipments and making sure the packing lists are accurate. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know. Often, we are out in the back checking the crates ourselves to make sure everything looks okay. We’ve had this business for quite some time, and we’ve seen the road outside get wider and busier every year. We don't use any fancy software or have big meetings about strategy. We just look at what needs to go out today and we make sure it happens. If there is a problem with a supplier, we just go talk to them. Being near the petrol station means there is always a bit of a buzz around, and we usually know the latest news from the drivers who stop by. We just focus on getting the goods moved and keeping the business running smoothly.
