Sarkari Madhyamik Shala

This is the government middle school located in Dhanpur. Sarkari Madhyamik Shala has been serving this area for many years now. It’s located in the Dahod district of Gujarat. Being a government-run school, we don't have a lot of extra money for fancy decorations or new gadgets. Everything we have is very functional and basic. We have the standard classrooms and the simple furniture for the students. The walls could definitely use a fresh coat of paint, but they do the job of keeping the weather out. We have a lot of students coming in from all the surrounding villages. They arrive by the local bus or just walk on foot. The school grounds are actually quite large, so there’s plenty of room for everyone to gather for the morning prayers. We follow the state curriculum and try to keep things moving along. The 389382 area is mostly rural, so many of our students come from families who work on the land. We understand their lives and their struggles. The teachers here are very dedicated to their work, even if the resources are sometimes a bit thin. We deal with the extreme heat in the summer and the mud during the rainy season. It's just a normal part of the job for us. There aren't any fancy slogans on our gates. We just have the name of the school and the government seal. It’s a place where real work gets done and local kids get a chance to learn.
