Our office for Ikya Human Capital Solutions is located at House Number 763 in Sector 4 of Panchkula. It is a pretty standard residential-style building that we use for our operations here in Haryana. If you know the area, Sector 4 is relatively quiet compared to the main markets, which is nice for getting work done. We spend most of our mornings going through lists of candidates and talking to different companies about their hiring needs. It is basically a lot of matching people to jobs. We don’t have any fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. You just walk in and see us at our desks with folders and laptops everywhere. It’s a very straightforward way of working. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, like it does anywhere else, and we just take a break and wait it out. Most of us live nearby so we know the local scene well. We aren’t trying to be some high-level corporate entity; we’re just a local branch trying to help people get employed. It can be stressful when we have a lot of positions to fill by a certain date, but we just take it one step at a time. The office is functional and does the job. It’s just how things are run around here in Panchkula, keeping things grounded and focusing on the task at hand without any extra fluff or fancy talk.
