We are situated at 69, Sector A in the Chandimandir Cantonment area. It’s right there along the Chandigarh-Shimla Highway. Being near the highway means there is always a bit of a buzz from the traffic heading up to the hills. Lease Hr Consultancy is what we call ourselves. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. The office is a straightforward space. We focus on finding people jobs and helping companies with their staffing needs. It’s a lot of emails, phone calls, and interviews. We don't have a fancy lobby with a fountain or anything. It's just a place where work gets done. Most of the time, we are busy matching resumes to job descriptions. It can be a bit tedious, but it’s satisfying when someone actually gets the job. We have our tea breaks and talk about the weather or the traffic on the highway. Chandigarh is a well-planned city, and we appreciate being in a spot that’s easy to find. We don’t go in for big marketing talk or trying to sound more important than we are. We are a small team doing our best to help people find work. It’s a practical business in a practical location. We just show up every day and do what’s expected of us without any drama. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, but we just take it one call at a time.
