About Aviva Life Insurance As Hr Executive – HR Consultant in Panchkula
I work out of the office in Sector 2, Panchkula, specifically at number 518. It’s a regular office building in a part of town that has quite a few other businesses and shops around. Being an HR executive means my day is mostly spent talking to employees and dealing with all the paperwork that comes with insurance life. It’s a lot of forms, spreadsheets, and making sure everyone is following the right procedures for their roles. The office is usually pretty busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is first getting in and grabbing their coffee. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls; it’s mostly just files, calendars, and computers everywhere. Life insurance involves a lot of small details that you have to get right, so we have to be careful with all the information we handle. Panchkula is a good location for this because it’s easy to get to for most of the staff who live in the surrounding areas. We have our small lunchroom where we all sit and talk about things other than work for a bit just to relax. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment where everyone is wearing a suit and tie all the time. We just try to keep things organized so the business can run without too many hiccups or delays. Sometimes the printer jams or the phones don’t stop ringing for an hour, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't here to make big promises to anyone. We just manage the human resources side of things as best as we can.
