Shelar Agro Industries Private Limited is located over in Bhayander East, specifically in the New Sai Krupa complex. We are on the second floor, flat 203 in Wing E. It might seem a bit strange for an agro-focused company to be in a residential building like Complex No 1 CHSL, but it works for us. Being in Thane, especially in an area like Bhayander, things are always moving fast. We don’t have a massive warehouse attached to our office, so most of our day is spent on the phone or managing the logistics from our desks. The flat is usually full of papers, and the sound of the city coming through the windows is constant. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in the office at once, but we make it work. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We are just a small team trying to handle the industrial side of agriculture from here. There is no lobby with a receptionist or a fancy sign. We just have our name on the door and a lot of work to get through. Most days involve talking to suppliers and making sure the transport routes are clear. It’s a busy, practical life here in the complex. We don't have time for polished marketing; we just focus on the numbers and the people we deal with every day in the trade. It is just us doing what needs doing to keep the business running.
