Naigaon Agro Producer Company Limited is run out of Bhagvat Mate’s place at House Number 208. We are in Naigaon, which is near Himplner in the Chakur area of Latur district. It’s a pretty rural spot for a business. We aren't some big corporation with fancy suits and ties. Most of us have dirt under our fingernails from working the fields all morning long. We decided to start this company to see if we could get a better handle on our farming business. Dealing with the markets is always a headache, so we do it together now. The office is just a simple space in the middle of the village. Latur has its challenges, especially with the water being scarce sometimes. We all know each other here since childhood. It’s a community thing more than a cold business thing. We talk about seeds, fertilizers, and who is growing what this season. Sometimes the internet is slow, so doing the official paperwork takes forever. We don't really mind though. It's just part of the job for us now. We started small and we’re still pretty small. Our families have been farming this specific land for a very long time. This company is just a new way of doing the old work we've always done.
