Precision Deep Draw

You can find us at H-1 in the Balaji Industrial Pre. Co-Op. Society Ltd. This is on B.P. Road, near Goddev Naka in Bhayander East. It’s a busy industrial area with lots of trucks moving in and out all day long. We do deep draw work here, which means we have some pretty heavy presses running most of the time. The noise is something you just learn to live with. It’s a cooperative society, so we have lots of neighbors doing different kinds of manufacturing. We all kind of look out for each other. Our space is filled with metal sheets and the finished parts we’ve pressed out. It’s dusty work, and we usually end the day with dirty hands. We don't have a front desk with a receptionist or anything. You just walk in and find whoever is near the machines. Bhayander is a long way for some people to travel, but this is where the industry is. We’ve been in this unit for quite a while now. The layout is simple, just enough room for the equipment and a small area to keep the paperwork. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just take the metal and shape it like it needs to be. That is the whole story of our day-to-day life here on B.P. Road.
