Krushigaurav Balaji Farmers Producer Company Limited is located at Gut No - 9/1 in Atongaon. We are a small operation, mostly because Atongaon isn't a huge place to begin with. The company was set up by a group of us who have been farming these lands for as long as we can remember. We named it after Balaji to give it a bit of a blessing, I suppose. There is no corporate ladder here. If something needs doing, one of us just goes and does it. We deal with the everyday realities of agriculture—dirt, bugs, rain, and the lack of it. Our meetings happen whenever we can all get away from the fields for an hour. We talk about the prices in the local market and whether it’s worth planting more of one thing or switching to another. It’s a lot of trial and error. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign out front. Most people find us just by asking around the village. The paperwork side of being a producer company is a bit of a headache, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big numbers or slick talk. We just want to make sure the farmers in our little group can get a fair price for their hard work. It’s honest, difficult work, and we just take it one season at a time, hoping for the best for everyone involved.
