Kedareshwar Farmers Producer Company Limited

You can find us over in Naigaon. We operate out of Kedar Wadgaon, which is right near the Nawandi post office. It’s a small community and everyone basically knows where the farmers producer building is. We don't have any big signs or anything. Kedareshwar is really just a group of us who decided to work together. Most of our days are spent checking on the produce and talking about the market prices. It isn't easy work, and we get tired, but we keep at it. There’s a lot of walking back and forth between the different plots. The sun gets pretty hot out here in Naigaon during the afternoons. We usually take a break under the big tree near the office. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us fixing a fence or sorting out the bags. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We deal with whatever the season gives us. Sometimes the harvest is late, and we have to scramble. Other times, things go smooth. We just take the good with the bad. Being in Kedar Wadgaon means we are close to our roots. We aren't interested in being a big corporation. We just want to make sure the farmers around here have a place to bring their stuff. It’s a busy life but it is a good one and we enjoy being out here in the open air.
