Hotel Kumaria Presidency

We are located over here at C-107, in Building Number 2 of the Rambaug Housing Society. If you know the area in Vasai West, we are right across from the Eye Hospital in Parnaka. It’s a pretty busy spot during the day. Most people find us because of that landmark. We’ve been operating out of this space for a while now. The building is just a regular housing society, so it doesn't feel like some big fancy corporate office or anything. It’s more like a local setup. We handle the daily stuff for the hotel from here. Sometimes the traffic in Vasai can get a bit much, especially near Parnaka, but that’s just how it is around Thane. The staff here usually takes the local train or rides their scooters in. We start early in the morning, getting things ready. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we usually go for breaks. It is quite a grounded place to work. We don't really do the whole flashy business thing. We just focus on what needs to get done for the day. Sometimes the rains make it hard to get to the Rambaug society, but we manage. People stop by and ask for directions to the hospital often. It's just a part of being in this neighborhood. We like it here because it feels like a real community rather than just a commercial zone. It’s simple and it works for us. We just keep things moving every day.
