Hotel & The Residence Hotel & Convention Centre

Managing the Hotel & The Residence Hotel & Convention Centre happens mostly from our office in Chandresh Residency. We’re in Flat No 505, M Tower, within the Lodha Complex at Mira Road East. It’s a busy part of Thane, near Mumbai. Working from a residential complex like Lodha means we’re right in the middle of a lot of families and daily life. The office is basically a converted flat where we handle the bookings for the hotel and the big convention halls. It’s usually full of planners, schedules, and people talking on headsets to clients. We don't have a big sign or a grand entrance here in M Tower. It’s just a regular door with a number on it. We spend our time trying to coordinate events and make sure the rooms at the residence are filled for the coming weeks. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever, which can be annoying when we’re in a rush to get to a meeting. The view from the fifth floor is alright, mostly just more of the complex and the street below. We’ve been operating from Mira Road for a while and we’ve seen the area grow a lot with new shops. We aren’t a giant corporate headquarters. We’re just a small group of people working out of a flat to keep the hotel side of things running smoothly. It gets pretty loud and busy when there's a big convention coming up. We just try to stay on top of it.
