Fair Lady Beauty Parlour & Classes

Fair Lady Beauty Parlour & Classes is situated in Shop 4 of the Samarpan Building. We are in Sheetal Nagar, specifically on Mira Road in Thane, not far from the MTNL office. This place is two things in one. We do the regular beauty work like threading, waxing, and hair styling, but we also teach classes for girls who want to learn the trade. The shop is often full of people, some getting their eyebrows done and others practicing how to hold a comb or apply makeup. It can get a bit crowded in Sheetal Nagar, especially in the evenings. We have mirrors lined up and several stations for the students to work at. The atmosphere is usually busy with people talking and the sound of hair dryers going. We started this because there was a need for a local spot where women could learn a skill. It’s a practical space, not a luxury lounge. We use standard kits and teach the basics of how to run a parlour. The Samarpan Building is easy to find if you are familiar with the Mira Road area. We have been here for some time now, and many women from the neighborhood come to us. It’s a lot of work managing the parlor and the students at the same time, but we keep things organized. We just focus on the techniques and making sure everyone gets what they came for. The days are long but it's okay.
