We’re tucked away in Vasai East, specifically at Plot No.1 in Tina Udyog Bhawan. It’s part of the Green Industrial Park on the Kaman Bhiwandi Road. It's a bit of a drive to get out here from the main city, but once you’re in Dongri Para, it’s actually a pretty good spot for a company like Fabtech Technologies International Ltd. to operate. We have plenty of space in the facility to move things around and set up our projects. The area is quite industrial, surrounded by other sheds and warehouses, so there’s always a truck backing in or someone loading up pallets for a long trip. Inside, we keep things organized, even if it gets a bit chaotic during the busy weeks when deadlines are tight. We have people coming in from all over the nearby suburbs to work here. It’s not a glamorous setup with marble floors or anything like that. It’s a practical building meant for heavy, technical work. We spend our days dealing with various requirements and making sure the production lines are moving without a hitch. Sometimes the weather out here in Vasai gets a bit extreme, either too hot or pouring rain that leaks in a bit, which can slow things down, but we manage. We’ve been at Survey No.185 for a while and have seen the industrial park grow significantly. There’s a lot of coming and going, but we just stick to our routine every day. It’s about getting the jobs finished and making sure the equipment is handled right by the guys on the floor. We aren't looking for praise, just steady progress.
