Down here at Reliance Engineering Association Pvt. Ltd., we spend our days in Shital Apartments. Our office is B-107, right on Cabin Cross Road in Bhayandar. If you know this part of Thane, you know it can get quite crowded and noisy with the trains and the traffic. But inside the apartment, it is a bit quieter so we can actually get some thinking done. We are not a big fancy firm with a lobby. It’s a regular room with some desks, computers, and a lot of files. The 401105 pin code area is where we’ve settled. Most of the staff lives nearby, so we don't have those massive commutes that some people in Mumbai deal with. We do various engineering bits and pieces. Our main focus stays on staying organized and making sure the clients get what they need on time. There is a lot of paperwork usually, and the tea guy comes around twice a day which is the highlight for some of us. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We just want to do the work right and keep things simple. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is fine. It keeps us moving. We’ve been at this location for a while now and the locals know where to find us if they have a query. We just run a regular office doing regular engineering work every day.
