You can find us at the Om Sai Commercial Complex over on Ghoddev Phatak Road in Bhayandar East. Our unit is in Gali No. W-4, which is pretty close to the HP Gas godown. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s mostly small workshops and trucks moving in and out all day long. We deal with engineering spares, so the place is always full of metal parts, tools, and the smell of machine oil. It’s not the cleanest environment, but that’s just the nature of the work we do here. We spend our time taking orders, sorting through bins of bolts and gears, and making sure the right parts get sent out to the factories. The space is a bit tight because we have so much stock piled up, and sometimes you have to turn sideways just to get past a shelf. It’s loud, with the sound of metal clanking and the neighbors running their machines, but we don’t mind it much. Most of our customers are regulars who know exactly what they need, so we don't have to do much talking. We just pull the parts, box them up, and get them on their way. It’s straightforward, manual work that keeps us busy from morning until we lock up the gate at night. There is always a lot to do, and the grease never really comes off your hands. We just keep the inventory moving.
