Yadav Engineering Works

Yadav Engineering Works is tucked into units T-8 and T-9 of the Kasturi Industrial Estate. We are right on Goddev Phatak Road in Bhayandar East. It’s a tight squeeze in there with all the machinery, but we make it work. The estate is always buzzing with people moving crates and fixing engines. We focus on engineering repairs and making small parts. It’s a lot of precision work, even if the shop looks a bit messy. I have been running this place with a couple of assistants who are like family now. We eat our tiffins together in the small space behind the main lathe. The road outside, Goddev Phatak, is always jammed with rickshaws and delivery bikes. You get used to the constant honking after a while. We don't have a website or anything like that. Most people just find us by walking through the estate or hearing about us from the guy at the hardware store. Sometimes we have to work through the night if a machine in another factory breaks down and they need a part fast. It is hard work and your hands are never really clean, but it is what we do. We have been in Bhayandar for years and do not plan on going anywhere else. Every morning we open the shutters and get back to the grind because it is what pays the bills.
