Cap Tech Engineers

Our engineering unit is based in room 201 of the Rachana Industrial building on Kashimira Road in Bhayandar East. It’s a typical industrial setup where we handle various engineering tasks every day. The building is usually pretty busy with other businesses, so there’s a lot of coming and going in the hallways and near the loading areas. Inside our unit, we have our equipment and workbenches arranged to make the most of the space we have. Kashimira Road is often backed up with traffic, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a challenge, but once we’re inside, we just focus on the tasks at hand. We aren't big on corporate polish or anything like that. Our office area is just a couple of desks and some filing cabinets pushed to one side to make room for the actual work. We spend a lot of time on our feet, checking parts and making sure the machines are doing what they are supposed to do. It’s a hands-on kind of job and we like it that way. Most of the people working here are local, so we have a good understanding of how things work in this part of town. We take our lunch breaks together when we can, usually just grabbing something quick nearby. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and we’ve been at this spot for quite a while now without making much of a fuss. The work keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
