Arpan Metal Works

We are located at Navgha in Bhayander East, inside the Sukh Sagar Building. Our unit is number 10, right near Sahijpur Bogha. Arpan Metal Works is mostly about working with our hands and the machines we have here. It can get quite hot in the afternoons because the sun hits the building directly. We do a lot of cutting and shaping of metal pieces. It is not quiet work, that is for sure. There is always the sound of grinding or hammering going on. We have been in Bhayander for a few years now. The area has changed a bit, but our building stays the same. The neighbors are mostly other small workshops or families living in the upper floors. We usually start the day with a cup of tea and a look at the schedule. It is a lot of physical labor, so we are usually pretty tired by the time we lock up. We do not spend much on decorating the place because it is a workshop, not a gallery. The floors have some scratches and there is always some scrap metal in the corner. We just try to finish the tasks we have for the day. Navgha is a decent place to work, even if the commute is a bit long for some of the guys. We just keep our heads down and do the metal work day after day.
