A Plus Property & Finance Consultant is situated in the Surya Shopping Centre in Bhayander East. Our office is at number 72. If you know the shopping centre, you know it is a place where you can find almost anything, from clothes to electronics. We are right in the middle of all that activity. The office is basically a room with a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of chairs for people to sit while we go over papers. Dealing with property and finance means there is always a mountain of documents to sort through. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with banks or talking to people looking for a new place to stay. It gets pretty loud in the mall, especially on weekends or in the evenings, but inside the office, we just try to get the paperwork straight. We have been here for quite a while now, so we know most of the other shop owners in the building. It’s a very practical business. We don't have fancy brochures or a high-tech setup. It is just us helping people figure out their loans or find a flat that fits their budget. People stop by while they are doing their other shopping, which makes it a convenient spot. It is a straightforward operation and we just take things one client at a time.
