Mandhania Associates

We operate out of room 201 B in the Varindavan Apartments here in Thane. It’s a residential building, so it’s pretty quiet compared to the main roads around here. We’ve been here in Maharashtra for several years now. It’s a small team at Mandhania Associates, mostly just a few of us sitting around a couple of desks with our laptops and a printer that occasionally makes weird noises. We chose this spot because it’s easy to get to and it doesn't feel like a cold, empty office building. You have to buzz the gate to get in, but once you’re upstairs, it’s quite relaxed and friendly. We have a small balcony where we take our breaks and look at the trees outside. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. It’s not a fancy setup with a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. We like it this way because we can actually focus on the work instead of worrying about how things look to outsiders. Sometimes the lift in Varindavan is a bit slow, so we usually take the stairs if we’re in a hurry to get to a meeting. Our address is 401105, which is a good part of town to be in. We’ve lived in Thane for a long time, so we know the area well. It’s just an honest place to work and get things done for the people who seek us out.
