The office is tucked away in the Sanskruti I building, over in Poonam Vihar Layout. If you know where the Reliance Fresh is on Mira Road, we’re basically right behind it. It’s a busy part of the 401107 area, and finding parking can be a real headache some days. At Macquarie Capital Securities, we spend most of our time dealing with numbers and markets. It’s not always easy, and some days the screens just look like a blur of red and green. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit around us. There are always people walking back and forth to the shops or heading toward Section 2 across the way. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone call. We aren't big on flashy decorations or anything. We just have our desks, some old files, and a coffee machine that’s seen better days. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how each other takes their tea. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don't try to be anything we're not. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the day is over. It is a long commute for some of us, but we are used to it.
