If you are looking for us, we are at Shop No 2 in the New Gokuldham building in Bhayander East. We are situated right at Jagtap Chowk, which is quite close to Jesal Park. It’s a lively neighborhood with lots of families and people going about their business. We deal with local real estate, mostly helping people find flats to rent or buy around this area. Our office is small and simple. We have a couple of desks and some maps of the local blocks on the wall. It’s not a high-pressure environment. People just walk in, sit down, and tell us what kind of home they are looking for. We know most of the buildings around here because we’ve lived in this part of town ourselves. We don't use big fancy words to describe the apartments. If a place is small, we say it’s small. If it’s noisy, we tell you that too. It’s better to be honest so no one wastes their time. Bhayander has been growing fast, so there is always something new happening at the Chowk. We see the changes every day from our shop window. Whether it’s a young couple looking for their first place or someone moving for work, we just try to show them what’s available in their budget. It’s a local business and we like being part of the community here near Jesal Park.
