Our group is located at House Number 51 in Mangarpur village. That’s in Panki, specifically the Harijan Tola area near Daltonganj in Palamu. It is a local setup where we focus on what the farmers in our hills and fields are growing. The name Pahadee Megha reflects our surroundings here in the Palamu district. We aren't a big corporation with suits and ties. We are just folks from the village. Most days you’ll find us discussing the rain or the price of supplies. Being a producer company helps us stay organized, even if our office is just a simple house in the Tola. We handle things for the local farmers around Mangarpur. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. Sometimes the roads are rough, and getting things moved takes time. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just tell it like it is. If the crop is good, we are happy. If there’s a pest problem, we talk about how to fix it. We’ve been here a while and everyone knows everyone else. Daltonganj is the nearest big town, but our heart is right here in the village. We just want to keep things going so that the farming families here have a bit of stability. It’s a quiet life, mostly focused on the earth and what it gives us. We keep our books in order and try to help each other out when the season gets tough. It’s mostly about survival and simple growth.
