We spend a lot of time discussing the prices of seeds and how to get our crops to the market. The campus is usually quite busy with people coming and going for all sorts of reasons. We have a small corner where we do our business. It’s a lot of paperwork sometimes, which can be a bit boring, but it’s necessary to keep the company going. Most of us are more comfortable in the fields than in an office, but we make it work. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules, just local women trying to cooperate and make things better for ourselves.
