Will Power Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our group is based at Survey Number 25 in Karajkheda, which is right here in the Osmanabad district. We chose the name Will Power because, honestly, that’s what it takes to be a farmer around here. Some years the rain just doesn't show up, and you have to have the will to keep going and try again the next season. We’re just a bunch of local farmers who decided that joining up was better than trying to fight the market on our own. Our office is a simple place where we gather to talk about what we’re going to plant and how we can get a better price for our harvest. There aren't any fancy suits or corporate talk here. Most of the time, our boots are still muddy from the fields when we meet. We focus on the practical side of things—getting seeds, finding trucks, and making sure everyone in the group is doing okay. Osmanabad can be a tough place for agriculture, so having this company gives us a bit of a safety net. We don't make big promises about changing the world; we’re just trying to change how things work for our own village. It’s slow going sometimes, and we make mistakes like anyone else, but we’re a stubborn lot. If you come by Karajkheda, you’ll see us out there working. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
